I filed a complaint against Move4less for not completing our move in Las Vegas after they were paid and for damaging our furniture. Instead of rectifying the problem, Move4less responded by stating that I contacted their office after move was completed – a lie (service was never completed). Move4less also stated that they offered handyman service to assemble the bed – another lie (I had to hire our own handyman who had already assembled and fixed our damaged furniture before they responded). Folks, moving by itself poses headaches. Save yourselves from more headaches. Move4less does not solve your headaches; they create more. I counseled hundreds of businesses and defended clients from IRS audits and appeals in my 50 years as CPA and tax consultant, so I have a good sense of evaluating company behavior. This company behaves badly. They become combative and rude when a customer asks for help. They have zero customer relations, negative actually. Stay away from the mover.
