Although Joyce van lines gave me an inaccurate moving quote first my move with them went well in the end. But, it wasn’t entirely their fault because I asked them to pack up and move some items I thought I would be able to move in my own car. However, they were willing to accommodate my additional requests and needs and to sort out that minor issue. My overall experience was good and I will probably use their services again if I have to move house without researching other moving companies. They did a good job moving my items and I’m very grateful for it!
Joyce Van Lines made our move so much more simple than I expected. The crew went above and beyond to help us. This was our second move with this company, and both times everything went smoothly and easy. Pickup and delivery was carefully performed. I have no complaints.
I was very happy happy with the way Joyce Van Lines completed my move. The entire process went pretty smooth and I am happy I decided to turn to the professionals instead of handling everything on my own. I had a lot of questions and concerns and I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone or bothering them when I called in. This made me feel extremely comfortable. There was a small issue which I will be filing a claim for but I am sure they will handle it just as they did everything else. I have already sent a few co workers their information and would be happy to use them again.
My family and I highly recommend Joyce Van Lines! The crew we worked with was wonderful from the very beginning until the very end. We had a lot of heavy boxes that needed to be moved from the basement as well as multiple display cases. These guys did not complain once! They remained professional at all times. They were careful with our items and respectful in both of our homes. They worked great together as a team and always kept a smile on their faces even after working for hours. Their quote was accurate and we did not have any additional charges come up unexpected. They patiently answered all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way.
