Was told I was going to only have to pay $1900, they told me that it would take 48 hours to get my items so I asked if it would be ok if I put a deep freeze with meat in it on the truck and they said yes, but I’d have to sign a paper stating they wasn’t in charge of it (which I didn’t see or sign a paper). So there for they was in charge of it. Then it took almost a month to receive my items. Plus when they delivered all of my items were not recieved plus there was damages to items. This company is definitely a poor company that should not even be able to operate at all. I will be asking for a full refund and for missing items and damages I will be asking for an additional $3500. I’m completely unhappy about my move. It was going to be $3000 to rent a uhaul and they said that they could get me to Mississippi for cheaper than that. They was happy to hurry and load everything and the broker him self (Jack) out of venture van lines plus Jacob as well and some other guy I couldn’t even understand told me it would be 48 hours. I will remove this review if I’m given $7500 dollars. I do have 5 witnesses to what has happend to me and all of them said they would be happy to right statements regarding these issues. It does say in the contract that they have 30 days, but due to being told certain days my items would be here several different times and being lied to numerous amounts of times is completely unacceptable. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!! All $7500 that I’m asking for, I’m sure you have it from the many other people you have scammed and lied to.

THIS COMPANY IS MADE UP OF THIEVES. Please if you value your time, your money, or your things, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired a brokerage company (America's Moving and Storage) who facilitated my move from Tennessee to California. I recently entered into my career at 23 which required me to transport my goods to California - I entrusted these movers with everything I owned. The brokerage company hired Handle With Care Moving and Transportation LLC. First, they had promised that my goods would be picked up on June 20th but weren't actually picked up until June 28th. They were supposed to be delivered on July 6th but weren't actually delivered until July 29th. Every time I called the company for information on my goods they refused any info, such as who was in possession of my goods, where they were being stored, or the estimated new delivery date. (Additionally, I was not even informed that they would be stored anywhere - they were supposed to deliver everything right after picking it up.) In order to actually get anything delivered, I had to threaten them with filing a stolen goods police report. When they finally delivered my goods, half of my things were completely destroyed. My bookshelves were all in shambles, my cloth chair was stained with boot prints, some of the boxes had mysterious red liquid on the outside that had ruined all of my clothes and stuffed animals I had received from my mother while battling cancer at 20 years old in the box. Additionally, it looked like my things had been stored somewhere outside because the bookshelves were covered in pine needles and mold. The worst offense however was that any of my boxes labeled with anything valuable (jewelry, collectable cards, DVDs, gaming systems, etc.) was all missing. I know it was stolen because my Xbox was logged into during the period it was supposed to be in the movers' possession. Nintendo sent me a notification alerting me of this. Another thing that was missing was my mattress, resulting in me sleeping on the floor for months. They also added many new charges in order to deliver; at one point they were on my road and held my things hostage until I paid an additional $400.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO THE RESEARCH! They will scam you and damage your items. The movers that loaded the items said a 10% gratuity per person should be added to the check and there was an additional cost for more than seven steps - both FALSE and I told them they were wrong. Customer service is horrible just as everyone else has stated. I wish I had thoroughly researched the moving brokers because there's no guarantee they will hire a reputable third party moving company. A lot of blame goes to the moving brokers Kinetics Van Lines. They weren't honest upfront about the estimate - based it on the minimum volume for a move then when it was already loaded the movers said it was double the price, and Kinetics rep never said the movers are allowed 21 days to deliver goods. Had that been presented upfront, I would not have hired them. Items delivered 3 weeks after pickup and lots of damage!

Deceiving, scamming and awful company! Such a long story, but am going to all media to expose. They have insulting customer service and horrible to no communication or compassion for you or your belongings - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Have never been so taken advantage of, insulted and dismissed! Over $1000 of broken, damaged and lost items - and after dealing with this for 3 months - they are going to offer me $98...really?
