I'm 99% sure all 5 star reviews are paid for by this company. We had a move scheduled with them through UHaul. They were supposed to pick up a Ubox, deliver it to us, and load our stuff in it. and they just never showed up. They never communicated with us that they were not showing up. They said they were not going to wait more than 30 minutes to get our Ubox at UHaul. They were blaming everything on UHaul. Which is totally ridiculous. After the fact, they sent an unprofessional text saying that they had rescheduled the move for two days later, without confirming we were available then. We tried calling them several times and they never picked up. Plus it said the phone number's mailbox was full??? Sounds like a scam to me. Do not book a move with these people! They are not trustworthy, not responsive and completely unprofessional. Literally go with anyone else to book your move.
