Do not use this company. Do your homework, folks and don’t be scammed. I can not believe they are still in business and even when the BBB is contacted and gives them an F rating and does not accredit them, this small deceitful company of 8 continues to steal and rob. Best to continue the Attorney General’s office to get them out of business permanently. I hope the pandemic has literally stopped them in their tracks, but if not, their day of reckoning is coming.
This is a straight up scam. They under quote and then up charge. I owed them 2600 bucks by the time they were trying to leave my driveway it was up to 9600 bucks. It was also 3am and I had kids waiting in my car. I am working with a lawyer now for restoration. Horrendous and disgraceful. Do not use this company.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Every bad review is true. They add undisclosed costs, delay or never deliver you furniture and are rude and stupid. Still have not received our stuff. That's ok, they've messed with the wrong person. Not only have I contacted the DOT ABD SAFETY who is starting a federal investigation, I have hired a lawyer who is looking at criminal charges and civil suit. Be smart, stay away from these criminals.
I have never had a worse experience with any company in any industry. These people lied from the start and ultimately quadrupled the price by the end of it all. They lied about the delivery date, the cost, and the service itself. I cannot say enough bad things about them. What they do should be illegal, but through some loophole, it is not. They are completely unresponsive and refuse to be helpful in any way once they have you on the hook. Each one of their employees and owners is a liar and a thief.
