WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE this company!!! They will Rip You Off!!! They have taken $2,790.00 funds from me and refuse to refund all but the 20% if I had to cancel the contract. My home did not sell so I am not making the move from Arizona to Washington State. I called to inform them of my home not selling so I couldn't move and I got the information on that phone call that I would not be getting ANY of my money back. The person I spoke with told me I needed to read the contract that says I would have had to cancel within 48 hours of setting up the contract if I wanted to get a refund. The person I set the contract up with, RON WHITE, the name he used, DID NOT INFORM ME OF THAT REQUIREMENT AT ALL, NOR DID HE INFORM ME TO GO OVER THE CONTRACT IN DETAIL PRIOR TO THE 48 HOUR TIME LIMIT!!! I am a 72 year old Senior Citizen on a fixed income and $2,790 is a lot of money to lose because of being LIED to by a company representative. He stated I would get all except 20% of the funds back if I cancelled the contract GUARANTEED!!! He took advantage of me by not explaining the refund policy, and not being aware of that important information I did not go over the contract within the required time limit to get my funds back. Now I am unable to pay some bills I have because of this RIP OFF COMPANY and I have no help to take care of expenses except my Social Security. TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS DISHONEST COMPANY PLEASE THINK TWICE!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! they lie. they cheat. this company lied and called me from various numbers with different names to get my business. i found out because 1 person slipped and said the wrong business name when i called about my move. I found this out after I already paid them, so had no choice but to move forward as time was an issue. The day of my move- the movers were HORRIBLE. The manager of the move who called me before many times, didn't call me back despite my many messages. My contact at the company didn't answer or call me back. To this day, no one called me. Because i had to fly out of state the next day, i had to move forward with the move otherwise i would have cancelled. When i finally received my inventory, 90% of my stuff was broken or missing!!! One leg of a table was purposely removed and couldn't be found. The delivery people said that this damage could only happen if the pick up team purposely threw the boxes and stomped them. And the table leg - no one had an answer. When i filed a claim with their insurance people, i am told because i signed that stuff was delivered, they can't help me. The delivery people circled and noted missing items but made me sign that the other boxes were received. if i didn't sign, they would take everything back. They didn't call. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THESE PEOPLE STOLE $3000 FROM ME, BROKE 90% OF MY STUFF AND STOLE 4 BOXES OF MY STUFF!!!!!!!!

One of the worst movers. DVL quoted me for 3750 USD but ended up charging me 11500 USD with broken furniture and lost items. No packing, not answering calls and lots of stress. I left over almost 5000 USD worth of furniture in Texas since the movers in the last minute asking me to book another truck to move the left over furniture and they simply dumped all the furniture into the truck, which doesn't have any number plate. Even the some loaded items were lost and some are in broken state. I ended up buying all the left over ones and the broken ones, which costed me around 8000 USD. In total I spent 20000USD on the move from Teaxs to NC, with the initial quote of 3750 USD. There is no value to the agreement, DVL should beg on roads, instead of cheating people with the wrong promises.

They continue to pester you after telling them that you have chosen a different moving company. They have called me at least 5 times since I told them I chose to use another company. They spoof phone numbers so you can't block and when you try to tell them to stop calling they hang up on you. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. JUST LIKE HIGH PRESSURE USED CAR SALESMEN

Absolutely a scam they burn $750 from me this week I tell the guy named Grant Mitchell 20+ boxes they put 20 small boxes they never tell me about first floor vs second floor price differential's, I tell him I have a tool box they never told me for a tool box they charge an extra fee and they give me a nice price of #2,008 dollars. I ask this dude if the price can change he told me no sir its all included guess what when the driver arrived home everything change the estimate went from $2,008 to more than $6,000 since that i call this guys nobody answer the phone they tell me they need to review the call in order to refund my money and never get back to me. take your business some were else this is a scam like other brokers they I loose $750 on Friday don't give this guys a shot they are a bunch of liars and scammers protect your business from companies like this.
