I liked that they took time to visit the house and view the goods being moved (prior to Covid 19). The day before the move 90% of the goods were removed and stored safely making the moving day easier. The removal chaps were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble including dismantling and reassembling large items. They supplied as many boxes, tape and wrapping paper as you needed. The office personnel were very amiable and glad to be of assistance. All in all a very good experience and should I move again I would certainly use ‘Cross States Moving’.
