NOT professional. This company broke the leg off my most prized piece of furniture, and ruined a mattress. They also left the house after loading without asking me to check that they had everything, and left behind large items that should have gone in the truck. When all of this happened, Skip seemed interested in making things right, but he's strung me along for more than 6 weeks, and I still do not have a resolution. I have not been compensated for the damage in any way. I was promised a professional move, which means wrapping furniture in the house before bringing it to the truck. That didn't happen.
