They know exactly how to pack all your belongings so that they remain safe throughout the entire move. During the pick up, the movers will disassemble any large furniture and apply pad wrap. This is to make sure it is safe during transport. The assembly of items takes place in the new destination at no additional cost. After unloading, the movers will let you point to a location that you would like, and they will bring each piece in.

Without a doubt Chico moving and storage is the most reliable moving company I’ve ever dealt with and I moved a lot in the past few years. They did a fantastic job packing, unpacking, loading and unloading my belongings. Both pickup and delivery were on time. Aside from unpacking, they also offered to reassemble my furniture, which was an amazing gesture form their end. My household goods were handled carefully and the movers showed a great deal of respect on moving day as well. I was also impressed with their positive and friendly attitude in spite of all hard work.
Working with Chico and the Men Moving and Storage was a real pleasure. I cannot thank them enough for making my move a seamless adventure. According to my experience, this company deserves more than 5 stars. I was worried about the outcome of the move, but when I spoke to their sales person I was relieved. They assured me that everything would go smoothly and put my mind at ease. The four of them showed up on time and loaded my items in less than 6 hours. Their rates were very honest and reasonable and I didn’t incur any additional fees.
Chico and The Men moved our summer home from the coast of California up to the coast of Washington State. We have a large home and had to set up some family close by to be there for the move. We did sign a POA, as the kids are in school and my husband works a lot. We were not able to physically be there. Since there are so many rooms and memories, we needed everything to be packed perfectly. After spending many hours on the phone with Chico and The Men, I knew that they were the right company. Our new location has a long, long narrow driveway. The movers were able to get a smaller truck and make three different trips for us. I appreciate the planning they did to get this move done right. Chico and The Men is a fantastic choice!
We used Chico and The Med not only to move us, but also to pack our entire house. We do have four bedrooms and could not even think about starting the packing process. We were already stressed enough, as we have three small children. The company did a fantastic job packing up her house and getting everything ready. They had us out in a timely manner and we were still able to meet the time restriction of having the house cleaned. The delivery did take longer than you wanted. We had to stay in a hotel for additional week. They did compensate us for this, though it was very frustrating as we had to get her children ready for school. Overall, they did a great job. We do not have much to complain about.
