The whole experience from creating an order to pick up and drop off, including some last minute changes on my part was excellent.Customer service on the phone and in person with the drivers was professional and efficient. My expectations were far exceeded. I am so much happy to hire these guys and I will absolutely suggest these guys to everyone I know!

Probably one of the worst customer services experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Not only did the movers arrive an ENTIRE day later than the original two day window scheduled, they repeatedly changed their estimated arrival time with little to no notice. On the day of my move, the movers loaded my belongings onto the truck and then presented me with a 'revised quote' which was significantly higher than the original quote I was provided (almost double), as well as multiple fees not included in the original estimate. I've always understood that the ultimate total may fluctuate, however the actual inventory they loaded was closely aligned, if not identical, with the inventory list I supplied to formulate the quote in the first place. To be presented with an astronomically higher price (after my belongings had already been loaded onto the truck, leaving me no other option but to proceed), is not only problematic from a business ethics perspective, but unbelievably deceptive. The customer service rep I spoke with to get my original estimate, requested an input e.g., list of inventory and I trusted that he would then use that requested input to form a realistic estimate. At no point did he ever request the weight of any of these items. The input I provided was accurate - the list of inventory did not vary significantly (if at all) upon pickup, so for that reason I’m not quite sure why I was the one held accountable for the egregious estimating error made by their customer service rep, unless this was a concerted effort to mislead me into choosing their service by offering an inaccurate low estimate and executing a bait and switch maneuver once my belongings were already on the truck - raising the cost substantially and leaving me no other option except to proceed. Once I received my belongings, several pieces of furniture were damaged (both broken & water damage) and several items were missing - including 2 table legs from my dining room table. To top things off, there were items that didn't even belong to me - including a box of highly sensitive documents from another individual. Overall, it was/has been an incredibly disappointing experience.

I had a terrible experience working with this company and would not recommend them to anyone looking to book a move. The movers were late on the pickup day (scheduled to arrive between 9AM-12PM and didn’t arrive until 7PM,) and upon arrival I was notified that my actual cost of the move was going to cost significantly more than my original estimate and would include many additional fees that were not included in my original estimate. The delivery of my belongings was also extremely delayed, and when I attempted to get updates on my delivery date I repeatedly received conflicting information, including being told that my goods would be loaded on a truck on a certain date and then the next day calling to confirm that they’d been loaded only to be told that they weren’t. This happened many times. This is not an exaggeration - I have documented evidence of my experience both in recorded phone calls and emails. My goods were estimated to arrive on August 3rd and didn’t arrive until October 4th. When they did arrive, many pieces of my furniture were damaged and my coffee table was missing altogether, and I was also told that I would receive no further discount for the delay, despite being in breach of their contract and the fact that, since I was expecting my belongings two months prior and didn’t have my basic living essentials, experienced significant added expenses like buying an air mattress, new bedding, and clothing for the change of seasons. The emotional, physical, and financial discomfort I experienced as a result of Bull’s negligence can’t be overstated. It was a horrible experience. I would recommend reading the fine print of your contract EXTREMELY carefully. The delivery date is an estimate and the company then has up to 30 business weekdays to deliver, but even after they are in breach of contract, there is no outlined penalty in the fine print for this and they will not give you any compensation for the inconvenience and will refuse to deliver your belongings unless you acknowledge your final balance and pay it in cash. They won’t even unlock the truck until you have handed over the full payment in cash. I would also recommend looking at the following sites/documents and making sure you are super informed before entering into any agreements with Bull’s Moving, and looking through all of their past reviews because there were many red flags I wish I would have noted prior to giving them my money: Federal Motor Trade Carrier Safety Administration: https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/SearchDetails.asp?ads=&id=30363843&id2=32363567&f=search%3D3%26CNS%3D1%26CN%3Dbulls%2Bmoving%26DOT%3D%26MC%3D%26Submit%3DSearch Move Rescue: (lots of good info here for before during and after your move) https://www.moverescue.com/ And this article from the BBB: https://www.bbb.org/article/news-releases/22678-moving-scams-cause-financial-and-emotional-nightmares-bbb-study-finds Moving is incredibly stressful during regular times, and during a pandemic it is even more stressful. I hired movers thinking I would be reducing the amount of turmoil I’d experience during my move, and as a result of my experience with Bull’s Moving I will never trust a moving company with my belongings again. I’d rather know where my stuff is at all times and coordinate the details, truck rentals, labor, etc. myself. I would have saved a whole lot of money and turmoil.

After checking out several moving companies I chose this one due to several reasons. First off, the big popular companies were way too expensive. Then I found the smaller companies had pickup and delivery times that were not convenient for me. But when I spoke to these guys I was given a better price and delivery window. They picked up on Tuesday and delivered the next day. Also they are a member of the BBB and have a clean record on the website.

I was worried about moving because of my motorcycle. I needed to find a company that could move it and take it to my new home without a single scratch. I called 5 companies and one of those were these guys who guaranteed that nothing would happen to my bike and offered me good insurance. I decided to hire them and I don’t regret my decision. The day of pickup they came with a big crate to protect my bike. Their expertise was impressive. They also loaded the rest of my things and left. My bike and other items came to my new house safe and sound. I’m so grateful for that.
