Don't go anywhere near these thieves. We had a move booked, paid the deposit and then no one showed up. We were promised an immediate credit, but it never happened. Had to file claim with our bank. It's been months and still not resolved.

becareful he's a broker not a real moving company, he does not own any truck. He dispatch his jobs to carriers and honestly all the carriers he work with are low quality companies. be careful those people destroyed the Moving industry with their scam and lies to people. Plus, they are rude "the most respected way to explain" these people scam customers.. before you call them to book .. Make sure you in touch with real moving companies not just a broker!
In my opinion, this company is not legitimate. They may be riding off the reviews of another Big Cat Moving Company, but this one in Boca Raton contracted with me to move my belongings across state lines and it still has not been delivered. I received a text that the truck was 3 hours from my home on 5/22/23. It is now 6/2/23 and I cannot get anyone from Big Cat Moving Company or the moving company they brokered out my move to...Luxury Interstate Movers. Neither company answers their phones and not once has anyone returned my phone messages or let me know why my furniture has not arrived when I was told it was 3 hours from my house. Two different employees from Big Cat Moving (Boca Raton) told me that they were going to find out what was going on and they never called me back to let me know anything. I am out the money I paid to move my belongings. I do not have my belongings anymore. Big Cat Moving needs to be held responsible for this financial loss or find my belongings and deliver them as promised.
