My family and I recently used Arrow Moving and we are very happy with our experience. Both the pickup and delivery crews were friendly, professional and worked well together. This was our first cross country move and I am happy to recommend this company to family and friends. I was pleased to see our price did not sky rocket on the day of pickup and we did not have issues with items arriving damaged or not arriving at all. They even placed the boxes with the labels out which made unpacking a lot quicker. They took apart our larger items and put them back together prior to leaving our delivery location. I would use them again for sure!
I would recommend Arrow Moving and Storage. We moved from Virginia to Alabama. I was very happy throughout my move. The workers were patient with my questions. They were very help coordinating my move. Pick up and delivery were both on time. It seemed as if the workers had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. They even showed care with my belongings. Arrow Moving & Storage was a great company.
We needed to ship all my house hold goods, all items fit into one truck which was good. I had some confusion at first, but all was resolved with Arrow Moving & Storage customer care. Once everything was worked out, we had a great driver who knew exactly what he was doing. They arrived on time, loaded everything quickly and gentle. They then dropped everything off moving from FL to NJ within 4 days which was extremely reliving. No items were damaged.
