The processes and lack of communication were very frustrating. After the salesperson had me put a down payment, he had no communication with me. The customer care team was great, but they were handcuffed by their processes and procedures. I was in a high stress personal situation, and overall the company in total added to my stress. Again, the customer care team was great. The Process and Procedures and lack of communication from the sales and assurance team was not timely.
