Not only was this team prompt and professional. The foreman and team made every effort to make the packing from one home to delivery to another go so smoothly and quickly and efficiently. All American Relocation Group and team were ready to work even though it was a very cold winter’s day! All furniture and boxes arrived in great shape. They maintained a clean environment and kept the floors and carpets clean with runners etc. The use of wardrobe boxes made the closet emptying a breeze. Very friendly, respectful and hardworking staff.
Amazing moving company. Showed up exactly on time and moved our furniture very carefully. The movers were very courteous, careful and put together the furniture. Everything was safe at arrival, even the glass in the picture frames. The movers took all the stress out of our move and they were very reasonably priced. They are efficient and cheerful. I will definitely hire All American Relocation Group the next time we move.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This service was truly horrible. They are a complete scam. They tell you one thing and then change it at the last minute to scam you out of the deposit cost. I lost so much money because of them and now cannot move my belongings. I am paying for an empty apartment and will have to save up again for months to get my stuff moved. This time I will do it myself with a rental truck like I should have to begin with. Do not trust these people.
I hired whom told me was All American Movers. Later I found out they were All American Relocation. Even more surprising, when they came to pick up the furniture, it was Century Moving Services of NJ. This is by far my worst experience with any company. They quoted one price they demanded $1,000 more, despite each item was listed on my inventory quote. They parked illegally, then charged me for the $75 ticket. They delivered late, and then charged me an addition $350 carrying fee but refused to measure, and I was right next to the elevator. They refused to wear a mask, had no tools to build the furniture, broke my two best pieces, and lost 2 boxes. The driver broke the garage loading fence, but most importantly, they threatened my son if we complained. We have now been waiting over six months for the claim. Only to find out that the only want to pay me $67! STAY AWAY for this moving company!!! They are immoral!
