3 Brothers Moving & Storage

This is the WORST moving company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They tell you one thing to get you to book with them and once you put down a deposit they stop answering completely & charge you triple of what they quoted you. Make sure you read your contracts. They’ll tell you anything to get you to sign but the contract states something completely different. Not to mention they hire a third party for the actual move. Absolutely atrocious to say the least.

Please don't make the same mistake I did. All they cared about was getting my business without upfront communication of what to expect. I thought my move would take 2 days. I had to stay in a hotel for 4 days until my furniture was delivered on Thanksgiving Day. Please know they contract with other companies to complete the move. The company they scheduled to deliver my belongings was terrible, as I was sexually harassed by the driver. I'm still dealing with that company for a resolution. I was told they would listen to the recorded calls of our communication and they would get back in touch with me...never happened. I ended up paying over $8000 for this move, but you can't put a price on sexual harassment. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely terrible moving experience. These are moving brokers who bid out your moving contract to the lowest bidder. Everything they told me was a lie and ended up paying thousands more than originally quoted. They asked for money upfront and will not refund it so once you put money down, you’re stuck with them.

This was the worst experience of my life. The only time I was treated courteously was during the first service call where they got my money upfront. After that, you couldn’t get anyone on the phone and they lied through their teeth. Everything that they told me was wrong. They told me that The move would happen in one day and the movers would follow us down in our cars. It took three weeks to get our furniture. They quoted us $2000 and we ended up paying $1000 more. They told us that stairs did not cost any more money but when the actual movers came, they told us for every set of stairs. We would be paying $150 more. Additionally, if the 16 foot tractor trailer that’s carrying your furniture can’t lineup flush with your doorway. You’re gonna have to pay $250 more. The list of hidden fees goes on and on. They never identified themselves as a moving broker And instead pretend that they are a family own business when they are obviously not. They end up pairing you with the lowest bidding moving company who end up charging you a ton more than you originally signed for. By the time you realize how bad it is, you can’t get out of it because they won’t refund any of your money except $100 if you’re lucky. Please please please I hope people read these reviews and stay far away from these horrible greedy people. You can tell any of the positive reviews on here are either written by the employees or AI. You don’t have to prove that you had a move happen through this company to write a review so I’m sure they have their staff consistently writing positive reviews. The way they treated me was absolutely disgusting.

Moved a storage unit that was my father’s down to me in Florida. They were punctual and had no hiccups. Very professional! Thanks to Dan and Kevin. You guys crushed it!
