Cummings Moving did a decent job with my move to long island. At first we agreed on a price of 2,900 which was good but then there were some additional items that raised my price up to 3150. Over all not a big deal only 250 dollars and it was a small price to pay. they took very good care of my stuff and even included some packing for me to offset the price. i was surprised by that. if I had to use a moving company again I would definitely use Cummings Moving and next time i will be more specific about what I am moving. I did leave out a lot of stuff (20 boxes) so I can not blame them for the 200 dollar price increase. at the end of the day I got a move done in my budget and i didn't have any major issues with the move. thanks again!
I have been terrified for this moving process for the past couple months. My company told me that I had to move. My last relocation was horrific. I had so many damaged pieces of furniture, plus the floor my house. I had to wait over six months to have compensation that was less than 1/8 of what I needed. However, I found Cummings Moving and decided to give them a chance. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and kind and I could tell they have been doing this for a while. Everything was completed in a timely manner, I was still stressed beyond belief. They did a great job, I would recommend them if you were looking for a stress free move.
